God does not overlook the sacrificing of children!
Israel suffered the wrath of foreign nations by the hand of God, due to their horrible, bloody practice of child sacrifice...
Jeremiah 32 (KJV)
32: Because of all the evil of the children of Israel and of the children of Judah, which they
have done to provoke me to anger, they, their kings, their princes, their priests, and their prophets, and the men of Judah,
and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
33: And they have turned unto me the back, and not the face: though I taught them, rising
up early and teaching them, yet they have not hearkened to receive instruction.
34: But they set their abominations in
the house, which is called by my name, to defile it.
35: And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley
of the son of Hinnom, TO CAUSE THEIR SONS AND DAUGHTERS to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I commanded them not,
neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.
36: And now therefore thus
saith the LORD, the God of Israel, concerning this city, whereof ye say, It shall be delivered into the hand of the king of
Babylon by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence;
Ezekiel 16 (NASB)
21: You slaughtered My children
and offered them up to idols by causing them to pass through the fire.
22: Besides all your abominations and harlotries
you did not remember the days of your youth, when you were naked and bare and squirming in your blood.
27: Behold now,
I have stretched out My hand against you and diminished your rations. And I delivered you up to the desire of those who hate
you....
Psalm 106 (NASB)
37: They even sacrificed their sons and their daughters to the demons,
38: And shed
innocent blood, The blood of their sons and their daughters...
41: Then He gave them into the hand of the nations, And
those who hated them ruled over them.
Notice God did not send legions of angels to end the abominations Israel was
committing. God's wrath was exercised through foreign armies. There are apathetic pastors who rely on the second coming on
Christ to end abortion in this nation, and they may be sadly mistaken. Just as God's wrath on Israel and Judah in the Old
Testament came in the form of foreign armies, so can God's wrath come upon our nation for continuing the sacrifice of our
unborn children to the idols of "choice" and "convenience". There are rogue nations and terrorist networks across the globe
that desire nothing more than to destroy our country. Could God use these means punish the "Christian" nation
of America for the millions of innocent children that have been legally butchered since 1973?
God used the wicked, pagan nation of Assyria to punish His people of Israel...
Isaiah 10:1-7 (NASB)
Woe
to those who enact evil statutes, and to those who constantly record unjust decisions...Now what will you do in the day of
punishment, and in the devastation which will come form afar? To whom will you flee for help? And where will you leave your
wealth? Nothing remains but to crouch among the captives, Or fall among the slain. Woe to Assyria, THE ROD OF MY ANGER, AND
THE STAFF IN WHOSE HANDS IS MY INDIGNATION, I send it against a godless nation, And commission it against the people of My
fury, To capture booty and to seize plunder, And to TRAMPLE THEM DOWN LIKE MUD IN THE STREETS.
What prevents
God from using another foreign power to trample America for the innocent blood that is on her hands? This nation was founded
by godly men, built upon Christian principles, a beacon in the night that all other nations could look to, and yet we have
deteriorated to the point of killing millions of our own children simply because they were "inconvenient".
If we love our children, our grandchildren, and the generations to come, we must end this terrible genocide that
has stained the pages of American History, or perhaps the wrath of God might end it for us. Will God continue to overlook
the apathy of His people, while they ignore the shedding of innocent blood, by the millions?
God may not
punish our nation through the wrath of war, but through wicked leaders who will persecute the Gospel Church, and rape us of
our freedoms. We must turn the tide of infanticide now while there is time! We must be the martyrs who will sacrifice our
personal pride and popularity to educate others of the evils of abortion. We must pray daily for God to have mercy and patience
with this nation, and to give us strength through the Holy Spirit, to overcome the apathy that lies within each of us.
